Like the madness around Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s upcoming wedding reaches its climax, filmmaker Ayan Mukerji has unveiled a poster from their film Brahmastra. In the poster, the two stars are hugged and seemed to have suffered several injuries on this journey of love.
Ayan wrote a long caption: “Love is light!” Part One: Shiva … that is the name of this first chapter of Brahmastra. But for the longest time, it used to be … Part one: Love. He added: “And with that a little piece of magic Kesariye, Pritam (Dada), Amitabh Bhattacharya, Arijit…) Shivy & Isha. Ranbir and Alia. Love – the greatest Astra! ” The Brahmastra will be released on September 9 this year. Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy also star in the film.
Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are expected to form a knot on April 14 in Bandra. There will also be mehendi and haldi functions before the ceremony. While the family remains biting about the details, a wave of speculation has surfaced around the guest list and venue. Close friends Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra and Ayan Mukerji are expected to attend the wedding.
