Shrayana Bhattacharya, author of “I’m Desperately Looking for Shah Rukh,” had the opportunity to meet Shah Rukh Khan at his residence, MannatSunday. She took Instagram and revealed that the actor had spent an hour with her and also gave her a handwritten message. She published a photograph of the note, noting that “the book has achieved its intended purpose.”
Shrayana wrote, “Look, you should never meet your heroes. Anyone who wrote / thought that he had apparently never met @iamsrk After meeting him at Mannat last hour, I can only say that he is the most humane, not from this universe. A million thanks to @ poojadadlani02, without which it would not have happened. The book has finally achieved its intended goal: its library in Mannat. Yes, we took pictures. But kitaab ki one year anniversary after karenge #finallyfoundshahrukh. “
He wrote to Shrayana on the SRK ticket: “Thank you for using me well. My love and thanks to you and all those wonderful women who love me so much. More power for you and your tribe. “
Desperately Seeking Shah Rukh came out last year. The book revolved around women who are divided in class, but are united by their love for SRK. A description from Goodreads states: “The adoption of the Hindu film idol Shah Rukh Khan gives them little relief from the repressive culture, fulfilling their fantasies of friendlier manhood among Indian men. “An extraordinary and compelling book about the woman’s perspective, this is the story of how women experienced India after liberalization,” she added.
Meanwhile, SRK is returning after 5 years. In January 2023, he will be seen in Pathaan, and in December of that year, he will star in Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
