The news came just days after Akshay Kumar announced his separation from the paan masala brand after appearing in an advertisement for the company. He was seen promoting Vimal cardamom products along with Ajay Devgn and Shah Rukh Khan. Tobacco products are also sold under the brand. Last week, Akshay apologized to his followers and issued a statement stating that the approval fee would be paid for a good cause.
