Dice Media, a long-standing premium content studio from Pocket Aces, is preparing to launch its next big show – India’s first military anthology series called ‘Bravehearts – The Untold Stories Of Heroes.’ Pocket Aces, who with his presence at the Cannes Film Festival this year as part of the Indian delegation, presented a trailer of the film Braveheart to a global audience on May 22, 2022 in the presence of the Union Minister, Mr. L. Murugan. The Indian Ambassador to France, Mr. Jawed Ashraf, Strategic Adviser and Head of Cannes Next, Mr. Sten Saluveer, Another I&B Secretary, Ms. Neerja Sekhar, and Head of International Promotions and Special Projects of the NFDC, Ms. Sonal Mathur, among others.
‘Bravehearts’, created in collaboration with giant Edtech Unacademy on the occasion of India’s 75th year of independence, is a show about families who are heroes in our armed forces. Each of the 5 stories in the anthology captures a unique aspect of the courageous journeys of soldiers and armies and their families – whether it’s joining the armed forces after several failed attempts, or coping with the loss of a loved one who gave up. their life for the nation or getting to know their parents after 15 years of their return from service.
The trailer was unveiled after a lecture by Pocket Aces co-founder and CEO, Aditi Shrivastava, who shared the idea and creative process behind the anthology. Pocket Aces is one of 5 new media companies selected by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting as part of the Indian delegation to the Marché du Film – Festival de Cannes in 2022.

Aditi, who is also the showrunner of ‘Bravehearts’, said at the ecstasy of the trailer in Cannes: “We couldn’t have wished for a better platform for the premiere of Bravehearts’ first appearance. India is an honorary country at the Cannes Film Festival this year, as our 75th year of independence also coincides with the 75th edition of Cannes. Launching Dice Media’s first military show on this occasion and in front of a global audience is a dream come true. Much of our creative team, including the screenwriters, comes from the military, so the show was created in an extremely authentic way inspired by true stories. The premiere of Braveheart was honored by the audience at an event that featured international filmmakers and producers looking to collaborate with Indian filmmakers as India grows into one of the world’s largest content centers.
