Abhimanyu Dassani is busy promoting his upcoming film Nowhere. However, the actor and his colleague Shirley Setia had something unexpected when they were “blocked” at their own event. The actor, who coincidentally is also the son of actor Bhagyashree, shared the video on his Instagram and called it the ‘true story’ of his ‘real life’.
The video shows Abhimanya explaining to the guards that he is an actor and is there to promote the film, but is not allowed to enter the scene. This does not seem to be the first time the actor has been excluded from his own action.

He also plays in the film Shilpa Shetty as a superwoman named Avni. The actor was described in the film’s trailer as “the most beautiful villain who is a combination of Thunder Woman and Manjulik”. When the assassin threatens the superhero, Abhimanyu’s “nikamma” turns into a hero and protects Shilpa.
Other actors such as Sunil Grover, Sameer Soni, Deepraj Rana and Naren Kumar also star in Sabbir Khan.
The film will hit theaters on June 17.
