Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who is currently hosting the famous show Bigg Boss season 16, has reportedly postponed the shooting of his upcoming project ‘No Entry 2’. It is said that the actor got upset because of the frequent problems that arise during filming. Earlier it was also reported that Salman himself was working on the script of the film with director Anees Bazme.

According to a Bollywood Hungama report, “Salman had his heart set on the film and wanted to make it”. The report added that the actor himself sat on the script with Anees Bazmee and felt that it was one of the funniest scripts he had read in the past decade. However, the first installment got stuck in a lot of legal entanglements due to the movie studio closing up shop. Reportedly, the actor initially thought that it would be easy for him to resolve the conflict. However, when he delved deep into the matter, the maze was much more complicated.”

The report further states, “Above the legal issues, the film’s budget skyrocketed. The plan was to pay everyone and get their rights. But when the list of stakeholders to be paid was drawn up, the amount exceeded. People around Salman felt that there was a strong possibility that a third party will object to the film once it is released because the rights are very opaque and they may have to spend more money if that happens.”

According to reports, Salman is very keen to do a comedy film, but the circumstances are such that nothing materialises. The report also added that Anees Bazmee has also moved on to shoot for his superhero comedy. Salman is now reportedly looking for a new script to start working on from January or February.

Bollywood’s Bhai Jaan has an interesting list of movies in his kitty. He will next be seen in Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Tiger 3’ and next in the pipeline is ‘Kisi ka Bhai Kisi ki Jaan’ which is slated to release on Eid next year. Salman Khan films are celebrated more like a festival in the country.
