New Dilli [India]December 2 (ANI): All India Radio will telecast the annual edition of the lecture by Dr. Rajendra Prasad Memorial Lecture in memory of the first President of India.
This year, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla will deliver the address, which will be broadcast from 9.30 pm onwards across the All India Radio network, the government said through a statement on Friday.
Listeners can tune in to All India Radio’s primary channels, 100.1 FM GOLD, 102.6 FM Rainbow and for online access @airnewsalerts on Twitter, NewsOnAirOfficial YouTube Channel and NewsOnAir App.
The lecture will also be telecast on Doordarshan from 10.30 pm on the same day.
The theme of the year is ‘Amrit Kaal Mein Bhartiyata’ to coincide with 75 years of India’s independence.
Dr Rajendra Prasad Memorial Lecture Series from AIR has been a time honored tradition since 1969.
