RANA DAGGUBATI SLAMA AIRLINE
Actor Rana Daggubati took a dig at the airline after his luggage went missing. He tweeted: “Worst Indian airline experience ever @IndiGo6E!! Clueless with flight times…Missing bags not tracked…Staff clueless, could be worse!!”
He then retweeted a post from the company that read: “Our engineers who ensure safe and trouble-free flights every day and non-stop.”
“Maybe the engineers are good employees, he’s clueless! Maybe you need to do something real.”, replied the actor.
In another post, he noted, “More paradise lost than found.”
In another promotional post for the company, Rana wrote: “Please note that with this sale, flights may not land or depart on schedule!! – you are luggage they will have no idea about.”
THE AIRLINES APOLOGIZED
The domestic airline responded to the actor’s tweet and apologized for the “inconvenience” he experienced.
Indigo responded by saying, “While we apologize for the inconvenience caused in the meantime, please be assured that our team is actively working to get your luggage to you as soon as possible.”
