Hailing as one of the biggest and most successful Indian reality TV stories, Shark Tank India became a household name with its debut last year. All set to further boost the country’s growing startup ecosystem, India’s installment of the world’s no. 1 business reality show returns with a second season.
It will start streaming on Sony Entertainment Television and Sony LIV from January 2, 2023.
As the promo suggests, Shark Tank India has provided a huge opportunity for people from all backgrounds to think differently and also a platform to realize their dreams and break free from conventional career choices. The promo is directed by Abhinav Pratiman and produced by Early Man Films. It was written by Tanmay Bhat, Devaiah Bopanna, Puneet Chadha and Deep Joshi.
Charisma and tremendous business acumen are brought by the first season’s Sharks – Anupam Mittal (Founder and CEO of Shaadi.com – People Group), Aman Gupta (Co-Founder and CMO of BoAt), Namita Thapar (CEO of Emcure Pharmaceuticals), Vineeta Singh (Co-Founder and CEO SUGAR Cosmetics), Peyush Bansal (Founder & CEO Lenskart.com) along with new shark – Amit Jain CEO & Co-Founder – CarDekho Group, InsuranceDekho.com. They will assess the potential of India’s budding entrepreneurs, getting the brightest ideas from them for investment.
