Haarika & Hassine Creations, a SSMB28 production, shared the news along with pictures of Mahesh Babu with production house founder S Radha Krishna, film director Trivikram, film composer SS Thaman and Naga Ashwin of Sithara Entertainment.

Different than Mahesh Babu, SSMB28 also stars Pooja Hegde in the lead role. After Maharshi, the upcoming film marks her second collaboration with the Telugu superstar. This is the third collaboration with Mahesh for director Trivikram Srinivas. They had previously teamed up for Athada (2005) and Khaleja (2010).
SSMB28 is slated to hit the theaters in 2023. After completing the shooting of the current project, Mahesh Babu will team up with SS Rajamouli for his next project.
