A famous socialite has become the cover girl of a popular Indian fashion magazine! However, it did not go well with the networks. Harper’s Bazaar India, the magazine she modeled for, faced massive backlash for not choosing an Indian celebrity or model over Hilton because she was the cover girl.

Paris donned a pastel pink saree and completed her look with a plunging neckline blouse with a contrasting green collar. For the photoshoot, she let her hair down and kept her make-up to a minimum.

Once the magazine dropped their cover images, users didn’t react. “So you put a white blonde in a sari because… no Indian woman was beautiful enough to show off your designs? Don’t you think white privilege shouldn’t be something you show off?” one user commented.
