It is a Navaratna Hindu temple located near the Hooghly River. There is a belief that the goddess Kali listens to people’s prayers and blesses them with prosperity. The temple resides in the heart of every Bengali and prays for their well-being. The temple was full of devotees from early morning today.

Thousands of devotees have been thronging the Jhandewalan temple in New Delhi since Sunday morning to mark the New Year. The temple saw long queues of devotees coming to offer their prayers on the inauguration day of 2023.

The city of ghats, Varanasi welcomed the New Year with a beautiful Ganga Arti. The arti was performed in the early hours of New Year 2023 at Assi Ghat. SHIRDI SAI BABA TEMPLE, AHMEDNAGAR
Devotees have been thronging the famous Sai Baba temple in Maharashtra’s Ahmednagar district to seek the blessings of the enlightened deity since the early hours of today. The temple is believed to be located at the place where Sai Baba arrived in 1858 and stayed there for the rest of his life until he attained salvation in 1918.
HANUMAN TEMPLE, NEW DELHI
Located in the Connaught Place area of New Delhi, the Hanuman Temple is considered to be one of the oldest places of worship in Hinduism, dating back to the Mahabharata. The temple contains a self-manifested idol of the monkey god in a unique form. The temple saw huge crowds of devotees coming to pay obeisance and offer flowers and food to seek the deity’s blessings for good health and happiness this year.
SAI BABA TEMPLE, NEW DELHI
Not only in Shirdi, Sai Baba devotees in Delhi also visited his temple on Lodhi Road throughout the day. The temple is located along the road and hence many devotees also paid obeisance to the divine deity from outside. The Sai Baba idol in the temple is built of pure marble and is a sight to behold.
