Filmmaker SS Rajamouli couldn’t contain his excitement after that RRR the director met the “god” of blockbuster movies – Steven Spielberg.
Rajamouli, who is currently basking in the glory of the Golden Globe winning song Naatu Naatu of RRRmet Spielberg along with composer MM Keeravaani at a recent event here.
He shared photos of his exchange with the Hollywood veteran on Twitter.
“I just met GOD!!!” filmmaker, also known for blockbusters Baahubali movies, he wrote in the caption.

MM Keeravaani who won the ‘Best Original Song-Film’ trophy at the 80th Golden Globe Awards for Naatu Naatuhe also shared images with Spielberg.
“I had the honor of meeting the God of movies and telling him that I love his movies including ‘DUEL’ like anything else,” the music composer tweeted.

In a follow-up post, Keeravaani said he was stunned when Spielberg told him he liked him Naatu Naatuwhich was made on Ram Charan and Jr NTR the two main stars RRR.
“And I couldn’t believe it when he said he liked it Naatu Naatu,” he tweeted.
At the Golden Globes, Keeravaani’s Naatu Naatuwhich means bucolic in Telugu and demonstrates the spirit of fun in country music in 4.35 breathless minutes of song and dance, beating the likes of Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga to take home the trophy for Best Original Song.
RRRan action epic, set in pre-independence India in the 1920s, it stars Jr NTR and Charan as Indian revolutionaries Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju, respectively.
The film was nominated for another Golden Globe – “best non-English language film” – but lost to the Argentinian historical drama Argentina, 1985.
Spielberg also made a big splash at the Golden Globes as his film The Fabelmans won two awards – “Best Film – Drama” and “Best Director”.
